This is not random ab work or another generic workout calendar. Reformer on the Mat is built around Pilates principles: breath, control, alignment, precision, flow, and full-body integration. You'll learn how small shifts in setup and tempo can completely change how your body feels in each exercise.
What you may need
A mat is enough to begin. If you have a resistance band, Pilates ring, towel, sliders, or small ball, you can use them for added challenge — but modifications are included for all levels.
You do not need to be advanced, flexible, or already "good" at Pilates. Come as you are. The goal is progress, body awareness, and consistency.

10-Day Reset
A challenge works because it gives you structure. For 10 days, you'll know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to keep showing up. Whether you move in the morning, during lunch, or before bed, this program gives you a simple rhythm to follow.
